I really want to thank everyone for their incredible support…it is because of you, my love for Rock “N” Roll and my intense drive to Pay It Forward that I am announcing that The Rock N Roll Autograph Show is confirmed…and in a big way.
The show will be held on September 13-15 2013 in the grand ballroom of the Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel. This three day event is going to be just that…AN EVENT. At typical autograph shows, Friday night is an early bird night where you can pay to get in and see what the vendors have, so as to dedicate your time on Saturday and Sunday to the talent. I am making this evening free and open to the public so everyone can come and take advantage of picking up some great rock and roll items.
There will also be live music Friday night with a Battle of the Bands as well as Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Bob Burns and Artimus Pyle of Lynyrd Skynyrd playing a few songs. YES that’s right…a free show of Lynyrd Skynyrd classics. For those of you who purchase the VIP pass, the after party Saturday night will have Artimus and his band playing a full set of Skynyrd. Can you imagine a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert in an intimate setting?? And who knows what other artists will want to jam that night as well. During the show on Saturday and Sunday there will be raffles for Rock and Roll related items as well as autographed memorabilia. The talent attending will span the decades and there will be a favorite rock star for everyone.
Now this is a charitable event, with everyone in attendance paying it forward. I am personally donating a portion of my gate as well as raffle and auctioned items to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. All artists and vendors will also be supporting charities of their choice. Just your attendance will be a step to paying it forward.
I am very proud of the efforts of my entire staff, previous and current, who have worked very hard to put on one hell of a show for you. Everyone involved has been great. Including The Westin Hotel who has given us a great rate to pass on to you for the over nighters. But make sure to reserve your rooms early as they are very limited at this price.
